Pacidic Coast General Engineering Health and Safety Mission.

The objective of the Pacific Coast injury illness prevention program is to prevent injuries, illnesses and accidents in the workplace. Our primary goal is to instill in our employees the fact that accidents can be prevented. PCGE is committed to continuously improving the safety and health of its employees. Saftey is an absolute essential element, which will be enforced in our daily method of operation in order to ensure that a safe working environment is maintained. PCGE and its employees, working together as a team, are held responsible for obtaining the health and safety set by this standard.

These responsinilities include, and are not limited to:
1. effective training,
2. correecting unsafe acts and/or conditions,
3. providing and using safe procedures and equipment
4. the on-going maintenance of a safe work environment,
5. maintaining an "open door" policy to address employee safety concerns and suggestions.
